All sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined in our Terms of Sale provided below.

Payments will be processed in US Dollars, though our online store allows you to view costs in your local currency. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, AlyPay, and other major credit/debit cards.

Placing an order signifies agreement with all terms of sale, encompassing pre-order waiting periods, shipping, and dispatch procedures. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the information on our website, particularly if you are a new or returning customer, as significant changes have been implemented.

Certain item prices may fluctuate based on demand.

To acquire any adult products, you must be at least 18 years old or reach the age of majority in your state or country. Adherence to our adult purchase policy is a prerequisite for obtaining any adult content from our platform. By purchasing adult content, you affirm that you are above the specified age limit.

Our studio strictly adheres to a no-return policy, with the only exceptions being items that have sold out or become lost within our warehouse before shipping. While we take every precaution to secure items during shipping, we cannot be held liable for damages or losses during transit. BISHIEPRO assumes no responsibility for the handling of packages by USPS. In the event of an order being returned due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, our team will make efforts to rectify the address issue.

Eligible for a Refund:

• Items that are sold out and can no longer be shipped.
• Instances of inventory miscounting, lost items before shipping, computer errors, and shipping errors.

Not Eligible for a Refund:

• Failure to adhere to the Terms of Sale, Enamel Pin Grading, Shipping, and Handling policies.
• Unwillingness to accept or comprehend the waiting periods between pre-orders.
• Neglecting to read product descriptions or estimated shipping dates.

Only Exceptions:

• Returns and exchanges are solely accepted for incorrect orders or items.
• BISHIEPRO assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or undelivered packages. For assistance in such situations, please contact the post office directly with your tracking number and refer to our Shipping & Handling information for detailed instructions.

Shipping and handling, taxes, and any applicable fees are automatically calculated during the checkout process. The tax rate is determined by our studio's location in California. It is important to note that our studio holds no liability for any customs fees that may be charged by your country upon delivery.

We do not entertain hold requests for items, and all products are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For high-demand items, we may offer early bird options, as most exclusive items are kept in limited quantities.

Standard in-stock orders will be packed within the week of order confirmation and dispatched on the following Monday of each week. Pre-order items are packed and shipped on their estimated dispatch dates, which may vary for each pre-order. Please check the estimated dates before placing your orders.

The shipping timeline is subject to change due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, delivery area, and shipping procedures. We appreciate your understanding.

All shipments will be sent from our E-Commerce Shopify in California, USA.

• Group orders are accepted exclusively to reduce shipping expenses.
• Orders flagged for potential issues will be canceled and refunded.
• Ensure accurate and complete information to prevent package loss.
• Limited quantities are allotted for all items.
• Slight variations may exist between the sample and the final printed product.
• Shipping times may change based on conventions and holidays.
• All packages are dispatched via USPS and include tracking numbers with some international restrictions.
• Shipping to the UK, Russia, and a few other countries is currently unavailable.
• Customs duties may apply, depending on your country of residence for international customers.
• We take utmost care in securely packaging each item for transit.
• Double-check all personal details before placing a pre-order.
• BISHIEPRO Studio is not responsible for lost, opened, or damaged packages during transit.
• Placing an order implies agreement with all our terms of service.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost packages or orders with incorrect shipping addresses.
• It is strongly recommended to contact us before ordering to combine items for a single shipment. Failure to do so will result in store credit for any excess shipping paid; no refunds.
