March Updates: Semi-Hiatus, Shipping, Rewards, and Etsy Reopening!

Semi-Hiatus (March 12 - March 24)

BISHIEPRO Studio will be on a semi-hiatus from March 12 to March 24. During this time, we will not be processing or shipping any orders as we will be away. Please plan accordingly if you are looking to place an order. Email replies will also be delayed during this time.

We are attending KawaiiKon and going to Hawaii for the very first time! We’re excited to see everyone there and can’t wait to showcase our latest products! View map below for booth placement.

Shipping Updates

• Shoto Collaboration Pre-Orders: We have shipped all confirmed orders. However, around 20 orders remain unshipped because we have not received address confirmations.

  • If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder and email inbox.
  • If you still don’t see it, contact us to verify if we attempted to reach you regarding an address issue. If we do not have the correct information, your order cannot be shipped.
    
    

• Orders Placed Between March 11 - March 24: Any in-stock orders placed on our website during this period will not be shipped until after March 24. Please be mindful of this before placing an order.

Rewards & Review System

We have officially launched Smile Rewards and a review system on our website! Here’s how you can earn and redeem points:

Etsy Reopening After March 24

We are currently focusing on shipping out all outstanding orders before our hiatus, which is why our Etsy shop is temporarily closed. However, we plan to reopen after March 24 once we return from Hawaii and catch up on everything. We’ll keep you updated once our Etsy store is back up and running.
